The Burner Systems Operator will operate, set up, and adjust all machines in a computer-controlled manufacturing system at AWF's Laurinburg, NC facility. This full-time, second-shift position requires 1–3 years of operating experience and a commitment to safety and quality.

You will monitor production conditions, perform quality checks, and collaborate with supervisors and teammates to maintain continuous operation and improvements.

• 1-3 years of operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and adjust all machines in a computer-controlled manufacturing system.
• Monitor instruments to ensure proper production conditions and quality.
• Regulate or shut down equipment during emergencies as directed by supervisors.
• Draw samples and conduct quality control tests to ensure standards are met.
• Record operating data such as process conditions and readings.
• Report safety or efficiency concerns to supervision.
