Job summary

Newly Weds Foods- Corporate in Cleveland, TN is seeking a Bulk Truck Unloader for 2nd shift (3 pm-11 pm), with possible 12 hour shifts and coverage of other unloaders. You will assist production and warehouse, receiving, loading and unloading bulk flour from railcars and trucks, and depositing it into silos.

Responsibilities include verifying paperwork, breaking seals, sampling for lab verification, hooking trucks, unloading through the sifter house, maintaining cleanliness, and completing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 6+ months experience in a food production/ food manufacturing environment.
• Job requires constant standing, lifting, and moving product a majority of the day.
• Employee must be able to move and hook up hoses.
• Minimal computer skills required.
• Must not have an aversion to heights up to 50ft.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

• Responsible for keeping the production areas from running out of flour and completing paperwork at shift change.
• Employee will be responsible for receiving and unloading bulk flour from rail cars and bulk trucks.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Work Environment:

The job is performed outside the facility and inside the facility in production areas where the person will be exposed to strong aromas, airborne dust particles emanating from ingredients being used, and will be in the presence of or otherwise operating machinery.
