Job summary

Basic forklift certification is required; prior experience is preferred. Pay is $21.50/hr with a $1 shift differential, totaling $22.50/hr on the 2nd shift, plus comprehensive benefits as a full-time employee.

Qualifications

• Must pass OSHA forklift training and certification.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Demonstrates safe operation of equipment and hazards awareness.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate forklift equipment to store, pull, and fulfill orders accurately and timely.
• Comply with driver training and guidelines.
• Work with urgency to meet daily production goals.
• Assist new hires and transfers in a friendly manner.
• Communicate with management positively regarding questions or issues.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform duties on the warehouse floor, including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Be flexible with schedule during peak season.
