Job summary

Protolabs in Nashua, NH seeks a CNC Operator for second shift (Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm) to set up, operate, and monitor HAAS machines manufacturing prototype parts.

You will load/unload parts, adjust offsets, load programs, change tools, and collaborate with the team to meet tight tolerances and deadlines in a fast-paced digital manufacturing environment. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure tolerances.
• Previous experience in a CNC manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor HAAS CNC machine to manufacture parts.
• Load and unload parts, change offsets, and load programs.
• Change tools and set tools; report issues to team lead.
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain quality per specs.
• Complete operator PMs during shift; perform related duties.
