Job summary

MCC Label in Ohio is seeking a Blumer Operator to set up and operate cutting machines (Blumer or PMC Die Cutter) to produce accurate length and width cuts.

You will review job tickets, load products, adjust guides and knives, verify cut quality, and maintain equipment and the work area. Training on jogging and cutting operations is provided; strong attention to detail and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years cutting/production experience.
• Ability to read job tickets, measurements and tolerances.
• Capable of using basic hand tools and operating cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review job tickets and determine customer specifications.
• Operate cutter and load product into cutter; adjust as needed.
• Set side guides, monitor knife performance and change blades when required.
• Move finished product to staging areas and handle supplies from storage.
• Complete production sheets and tickets; train new operators as needed.
