Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an entry‑level Operator to operate and monitor production lines, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure each item leaving the line meets standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

The position has a 2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00PM–11:30PM, with onboarding and basic training provided during the first week. Candidates should be proficient in English and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
