Qualifications

• Technical school or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a regulated biotech/manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for the 2nd shift team; day-to-day service of production equipment.
• Provides mechanical support for production machines by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and executing necessary repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Prepares detailed reports and logs to inform department management and production operations.
• Conducts line changeovers, performing required setup and adjustments according to the production schedule.
• Assists the Engineering team with equipment installations and modifications.
• Performs preventative maintenance inspections, including oiling, lubrication, and routine equipment checks.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors.
• Develop maintenance schedules to maximize line output.
• Adheres to safety and quality guidelines; escalates issues to Senior Maintenance Manager.
• Promote a collaborative and customer service-oriented team environment.
