Job summary

Generous Brands in Southern California is seeking an APEX Beverage Supervisor to coordinate daily production activities on the 2nd shift (2pm–10:30pm). You will oversee the workforce, inspect equipment, monitor productivity, and ensure GMP and safety standards are followed.

This role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Weekend overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school, or six months to one year related experience.
• Relevant training and certifications for the department and duties.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of email, manufacturing software, and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of assigned workforce, shifts and production units.
• Assign and direct work, inspect equipment, monitor productivity and resolve problems.
• Adhere to GMPs and SOPs; sustain a safety-focused environment.
• Maintain records such as inventories and maintenance logs.
• Monitor cost accounting in the JDE WO system.
