American Wood Fibers in Lebanon, KY is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator (Baler Operator) on the 2nd shift to run the baler and related equipment, packaging materials safely and efficiently.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and prior experience with mobile equipment or forklifts is a plus. Benefit packages include 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Prior mobile equipment and/or forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates baler safely to produce packaged materials.
• Operates front end loaders, skid steers, forklifts, and other equipment for loading, hauling, and unloading materials.
• May assist with shipping paperwork and loading customer trailers as needed.
• Performs outside duties such as sweeping and debris cleanup.
• Maintains QA measures and communicates results to supervisors and others.
