Job summary

You will work with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability. The role requires five years of PLC troubleshooting experience, proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs and ladder logic, reading schematics, and safe operation around high-voltage systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience troubleshooting and programming PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and ladder logic programming.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance in industrial environments.
• Must be able to safely work around electrical systems up to 480 volts.
• Willingness to work independently and in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated assembly equipment and production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls.
• Program, troubleshoot, and support Allen Bradley PLC systems and ladder logic.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Assist with machinery installation, upgrades, and plant improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document activities.
