Qualifications

• Technical degree or cert in industrial automation, electrical/electronic technology, mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience with automated production equipment in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens PLC systems (S7, TIA Portal) and programming/troubleshooting.
• Experience with gantry robotics, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with HMI interfaces and related configuration.
• Solid understanding of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, Modbus).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical docs.
• Willingness to work overtime or on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair PLC and HMI systems to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance on automated equipment including controls and robotics.
• Repair and maintain production equipment with focus on automation components.
• Assist with setup, programming, and maintenance of automation hardware.
• Complete work orders and maintenance records accurately and timely.
• Identify improvements to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and automation projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
