Job summary

Qualifications

Parts experience in a truck/auto dealership or aftermarket environment preferred.
Trade school education in Parts Operations or Transportation Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer parts or information requests quickly.
Notify customers of delays and offer alternatives.
Determine availability and price information and document as necessary.
Provide parts to customer from stock, procure locally or create a parts order as directed.
Monitor the status of customer orders, advising in case of problems and notifying upon arrival.
Build relationships and provide quality customer service with a sense of urgency.
Determine the availability and lead times of parts.
Timely response in fielding a high volume of calls and in-person customers.
