Job summary

The Associate Chemist at Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) will prepare and analyze environmental samples using standard methods, following Eurofins QA and SOPs. The role may involve standing, handling solvents, glassware, and specialized equipment during the 2nd shift (3pm–11:30pm; first day starts at 8:45am).

The ideal candidate has a chemistry degree or related lab experience, PFAS and LC/MS exposure is a plus, and strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or related field, or an Associate Degree, or 2 years lab experience in lieu.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• US work authorization without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples and perform chemical analysis per SOPs.
• Record and report data; communicate anomalies to supervisor.
• Maintain routine laboratory instrumentation and records.
• Support QC samples and backlogs; assist in other areas as needed.
• Follow health, safety, and quality assurance standards.
