Job summary

Pratt Industries Fort Worth plant seeks a entry-level Machine Operator Assistant to support safe operation, setup, and cleanup of production equipment. You will help maximize capacity and efficiency while maintaining quality, following GMP and safety rules.

The role requires willingness to learn, cross-train on different machines, and timely reporting of production data and maintenance needs. GED or HS diploma is required, and prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely assist with setup, operation, and cleanup of production machines.
• Assist Machine Operator to maximize equipment utilization.
• Report maintenance needs and participate in safety and housekeeping.

• Complete required production and safety data reports.
