You’ll monitor product quality, document activities, and assist with continuous improvement. This hands-on role emphasizes dependability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to learning.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand safety/work instructions in English.
• Able to use a tape measure and perform basic counting and measurements.
• Detail oriented with focus on quality.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, operation, changeovers, and cleanup.
• Monitor product quality and report concerns promptly.
• Support operators during production and changeovers to maintain flow.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Complete production, quality, and equipment documentation accurately.
• Submit maintenance requests for equipment issues.
• Cross-train on other machines and support team flexibility.
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts as needed.
