Job summary

Toshiba America Energy Systems Corporation (TAES) seeks a 2nd shift Assembly Technician (4-10's) to work at the Milwaukee Service Center. Responsibilities include disassembly, refurbishment, winding, and reassembly of large generation equipment with precision and adherence to drawings.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in a service shop, strong mechanical aptitude, and experience with measuring tools and basic electrical testing.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a service shop environment.
• Mechanical aptitude to perform basic disassembly and assembly operations.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, refurbish, and reassemble components using engineering drawings and procedures.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and hand tools safely to move heavy components.
• Perform inspections of mechanical, electrical, stationary, and rotating generation parts.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and company procedures accurately.
• Maintain safety and professional conduct in all tasks.
