Job summary

Cleaveland/Price in Trafford, PA is seeking a Supervisor to lead the Manufacturing Operations team. You will oversee production output, ensure quality, enforce safety, and drive department performance through standard policies and collaboration with leadership.

The role requires 5-10 years in manufacturing and 1-2 years in supervision, with strong communication and the ability to train and develop teammates across shifts. Occasional weekend coverage and facility opening/closing may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of manufacturing experience.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and motivates production output and product quality.
• Ensures all production processes adhere to policies and ISO/OSHA.
• Partners with leadership to develop operating strategies and objectives.
• Develops systems to drive department performance.
• Communicates goals and expectations to teammates.
• Monitors safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Trains and develops teammates with product/process skills.
• Interviews, disciplines, and may terminate employees per policy.
• Opens/closes facility on weekdays and occasional Saturdays.
