You will coach teams, manage schedules, and drive standard work across the value stream. Responsibilities include leading Kaizen events, prioritizing production, and ensuring proper documentation and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Combination of 4 years of relevant work experience and/or higher education in a manufacturing or engineering field.
• Availability and willingness to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as requested.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production associates: select, orient, train, schedule, coach, and discipline.
• Delivers KPI's, business strategy, and people strategy; maintains a master strategic plan.
• Ensures standardization across area (policies, procedures, standard work).
• Communicates and enforces Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality policies and procedures.
• Maintains a floor presence; addresses safety, quality, and productivity with leaders.
• Completes leadership standard work and checklists.
• Ensures critical communications and escalations flow to/from teams.
• Reviews production priorities with Team Leaders and supports startup meetings.
• Gathers and enters production data; manages TPM and LTA data.
• Assists teams to meet customer and business requirements.
• Expedites production, prototype and PPAP components.
• Drives continuous improvement via Kaizen and root-cause problem solving.
• Ensures process control documentation is utilized.
• Troubleshoots equipment and processes.
• Ensures conformance to IATF 16949 procedures and work instructions.
• Facilitates corrective actions with proper escalation.
• Maintains equipment upkeep and PM.
• Facilitates autonomous maintenance and work orders.
• Facilitates team meetings on quality, safety, productivity and continuous improvement.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education
