Job summary

Donaldson Company in Monticello, IN is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.) to help assemble filtration products in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. You will trim flash, set up and operate machines as skills grow, inspect parts for defects, document production, and communicate issues to supervision while maintaining quality and safety.

A high school diploma or equivalent plus two years of trade school or related experience is preferred; the position pays

Responsibilities

  • Trim flash from each part to specification and inspect parting line for defects.
  • Set-up and operate machines as skill and ability are acquired.
  • Maintain quality by inspecting each part produced and communicating defects to Machine Operator.
  • Maintain set-ups to meet quality and production standards.
  • Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
  • Pack parts correctly and keep the work area clean and organized.
