Job summary

Ideal Tridon, a global leader in fastening and mounting solutions, is seeking an Assembly Operator on 2nd shift to join its Smyrna, TN team. You will perform repetitive assembly tasks using standard tools and contribute to quality of finished parts.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 2nd shift 3:00pm–11:30pm, with an hourly rate of $19.00 plus $1.00 shift differential. You must lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and read blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• One year of related assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly tools.
• Checks quality of parts visually and by the use of calipers as required by work order.
• Records production parts produced on appropriate production card.
• Reports any problems to the Production Team Lead.
