Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking an Assembler (Stacker) - 2nd Shift in Waukesha, WI. The role involves assembling coils, cores, and clamps to initiate transformer construction, with precise stack alignment and occasional welding. Overtime and shift premium opportunities exist.

The position offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits, with weekly pay and health coverage starting day one. Must be within 50 miles of the facility and able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation is being offered; reside within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble coils, steel cores, and clamps to initiate transformer construction.
• Set up stack tables for proper dimensions and stack steel per specifications.
• Weld core clamps and install coils and insulation into main core and stack top yoke.
• Move materials and completed assemblies using forklift and overhead crane.
• Monitor burr levels, cutting quality, and blade wear; coordinate with supervisor to resolve issues.
