Eaton is seeking an Assembler (Stacker) for 2nd shift in Wisconsin. The role involves assembling transformer components, setting up stack tables, and welding core clamps. You will move heavy parts with a forklift and crane, while ensuring quality through burr and alignment checks. Overtime may be required.
The position offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits, with weekly pay and a shift premium of $2.50/hour. Minimum education required is a high school diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is a range of $24.45 - $25.92 + $2.50 shift premium per hour. The hours for this shift are 3pm - 11pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.
Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is offering a sign-on bonus of $2,000* paid in two installments, less applicable withholding.Health benefits and vacation time - available to use on day one of your employment!

Assemble Coils, Steel Cores, and Clamps to initiate the building process for Transformers. Sets up stack tables for proper dimensions, and stacks steel according to specifications. The stacker also welds core clamp assemblies in place.
