CorTech International is partnering with a leading utility truck and van manufacturer in Brea to hire skilled Assemblers/Shop Helpers for the 2nd shift. This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity emphasizes precision, safety, and teamwork in a busy shop environment.

You'll perform grinding, measuring, cutting, and assembly tasks, support cross‑department needs, and help maintain a clean, efficient workspace. Overtime and weekend availability are required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience using power and hand tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow technical specifications.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform shop-floor tasks.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Availability for overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Grind and sand imperfections to ensure top-tier product quality.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials with accuracy.
