CorTech International is partnering with a leading utility truck and van manufacturer in Brea to hire skilled Assemblers/Shop Helpers for the 2nd shift. This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity emphasizes precision, safety, and teamwork in a busy shop environment.

You'll perform grinding, measuring, cutting, and assembly tasks, support cross‑department needs, and help maintain a clean, efficient workspace. Overtime and weekend availability are required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience using power and hand tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow technical specifications.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform shop-floor tasks.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Availability for overtime and weekends as needed.

Job Description: We’re partnering with a leading utility truck and van manufacturer in Brea to find skilled Assemblers/Shop Helpers for their 2nd shift team. If you’re a hands‑on individual who takes pride in precision and quality, this could be the perfect role for you!

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 PM)

Full-time (Temp-to-Hire)

Salary: $18.50 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Grind and sand imperfections to ensure top‑tier product quality.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials with accuracy.
