Job summary

Philips is seeking an Assembly 1 – 2nd shift worker in Ontario, California, to perform manufacturing tasks at the designated workstation, ensuring safety and continuous workflow. No prior experience required. You will follow instructions, wear PPE, and work in a team to meet production rates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• No experience required; familiarity with light industrial work or warehouse settings preferred.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and adhere to safety PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks at the assigned workstation.
• Follow safety requirements and wear PPE for the workstation.
• Maintain production flow and report to the workstation on time at shift start and after breaks.
• Accept feedback from trainers or Group Leads.
• Work in a team environment to sustain continuous workflow.
