Job summary

Philips is hiring for an Assembler 1 on the 2nd shift in Ontario, California. The role focuses on performing manufacturing tasks in an assigned workstation while maintaining safety, quality, and workflow efficiency.

This onsite position requires following PPE rules, team collaboration, and accurate task descriptions. No experience is required, but familiarity with light industrial work, soldering, wiring, fabrication, or warehouse settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience is necessary; familiarity with light industrial work or related tasks is a plus.
• Must be able to meet minimum physical, cognitive and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety requirements and wear the necessary PPE for the assigned workstation.
• Work in a team environment and maintain production rates to ensure a continuous workflow.
• Understand the steps required to complete assigned tasks and provide a brief verbal description of the operation.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and accept feedback from trainers or Group Leads.
• Report to the assigned workstation on time at the start of the shift and after break periods.
