Job summary

Wilson Trailer Company is seeking a full-time Assembler for day and night shifts. Night shift offers a $1.00 per hour differential. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment for safety, using a huck gun and drill, and reading orders to build truck trailers.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, and be willing to learn in a busy manufacturing environment. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Responsibilities

  • Perform safety inspections of hoist chains and tools.
  • Operate hand tools such as huck gun and drill.
  • Read production/print orders and tape measures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Wilson Trailer has openings on 2nd shift for full-time Assembler. This is an excellent career opportunity with a leader in the truck trailer industry. We have openings on day and night shifts. Night shift runs 5:00 pm - 3:30 am Monday through Thursday. We offer an attractive starting wage with scheduled increases and a full benefit package.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
  • Perform a safety inspection of hoist chains, and all tools used to ensure safety.
  • Ability to use a huck gun, drill, and other handheld tools.
  • Ability to read and understand production and print orders.
  • Ability to read and understand a tape measure.
  • Keep a clean and organized work area at all times.

Communication: Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate clearly and concisely using the English Language.
