Wilson Trailer Company is seeking full-time Welders/Assemblers for the night shift. The shift runs from 3:30 pm to 3:00 am, Monday through Thursday, with a $1.75 per hour differential. The position includes a competitive starting wage, scheduled increases, and a full benefits package.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current welding certification is required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand production orders and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety inspections of hoist chains and tools.
• Operate huck gun, drill and other handheld tools.
• Read and understand production orders and prints.
• Read and understand tape measures for tolerances.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
• Perform other tasks as assigned beyond listed duties.
