Wilson Trailer has openings for full-time Assemblers and Welders. This is an excellent career opportunity with a leader in the truck trailer industry. We have openings on day‑shift. The day‑shift is currently starting at 6:00am until 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. We offer an attractive starting wage with scheduled increases and a full benefit package. If you have:

Skills and Abilities
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
Experience: Must be at least eighteen years of age.
Computer Skills: Average; locate prints and enlarge them to clarify orders occasionally.
Communication: Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate clearly and concisely using the English Language.
Certificates & Licenses: Current Certification to weld.
Other Requirements: Must have the ability to meet physical demands.
Physical Demands: Lift/Carry, Push/Pull. Activities include standing (11–15 lbs), walking (13–25 lbs), sitting (16–20 lbs), reaching above shoulder (21–35 lbs), climbing (26–40 lbs). Other tasks may involve lifting up to 36–50 lbs (occasionally), 51–75 lbs (infrequently) and over 100 lbs (not applicable). Activity frequencies: I = Infrequently, O = Occasionally, F = Frequently, C = Constantly.
Other Physical Requirements: Ability to wear Personal Protective equipment (PPE) (protective eyewear, hearing protection, hardhat, safety‑toe boots, protective glove‑leather or otherwise).
