Job summary

Broan-NuTone, LLC. is seeking an Assembler I for the 2nd shift at our Hartford, Wisconsin facility. This role involves assembling sheet metal parts, motors, electronics, and molded components into sub-assemblies and final units.

You will inspect assemblies, test electrical continuity, and prepare units for shipment, following detailed drawings and standard work. The position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Ability to read assembly drawings and process sheets.
Overtime availability including weekends.
Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Fit, align, fasten, and package sheet metal parts, motors, electronics, molded parts into sub-assemblies and complete units.
Test units for electrical continuity and functionality.
Package units into corrugated containers with shipping filler and labels.
Work from assembly drawings, process sheets and/or standard work to perform assembly operations safely and efficiently.
Use required hand and air powered tools, measuring instruments and gauges.
Maintain a clean & safe working environment, participate in daily workplace organization & SQDC discussions.
