Job summary

Broan-NuTone, LLC. is seeking an Assembler I for the 2nd shift at our Hartford, Wisconsin facility. This role involves assembling sheet metal parts, motors, electronics, and molded components into sub-assemblies and final units.

You will inspect assemblies, test electrical continuity, and prepare units for shipment, following detailed drawings and standard work. The position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to read assembly drawings and process sheets.
• Overtime availability including weekends.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Fit, align, fasten, and package sheet metal parts, motors, electronics, molded parts into sub-assemblies and complete units.
• Test units for electrical continuity and functionality.
• Package units into corrugated containers with shipping filler and labels.
• Work from assembly drawings, process sheets and/or standard work to perform assembly operations safely and efficiently.
• Use required hand and air powered tools, measuring instruments and gauges.
• Maintain a clean & safe working environment, participate in daily workplace organization & SQDC discussions.
