iNRCORE Group is seeking an Assembler I for the 2nd shift at our Gowanda BTI facility in Arcade, NY. You will perform basic mechanical and electronic assembly, follow work instructions, and ensure quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude.
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical or electronic assembly using hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Follow detailed work instructions, routers, and visual aids for routine assembly processes.
• Complete tasks such as wire stripping, lead trimming, simple soldering, coil winding, potting, encapsulation, and labeling.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area following 5S and safety protocols.
