Job summary

Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an Assembler (Final Assembly Worker) for the Russellville area on 2nd shift. This full-time position runs Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, with overtime as needed.

You will perform electronic and mechanical assembly following detailed instructions to meet quality standards. Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and may have 3–6 months of assembly experience; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months of assembly experience preferred; training available.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Stand and perform repetitive movements; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications.
• Prepare materials and parts for production.
• Perform product testing and quality control checks.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Work cooperatively with team members and other departments to support production needs.
