Job summary

Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an Assembler (Final Assembly Worker) for the Russellville area on 2nd shift. This full-time position runs Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, with overtime as needed.

You will perform electronic and mechanical assembly following detailed instructions to meet quality standards. Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and may have 3–6 months of assembly experience; training is provided.

Assembler (Final Assembly Worker) - 2nd Shift

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing job with a 4-day workweek? Penmac Staffing is recruiting for an Assembler (Final Assembly Worker) position with a manufacturing client in the Russellville area. This is a full-time opportunity on second shift for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, following detailed instructions, and producing quality products.

Pay & Schedule

• $15.25 per hour
• Full-time
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday
• 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
• Overtime may be required as needed

Requirements for the Assembler

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous assembly experience preferred (3-6 months in manufacturing or assembly), but training is available for qualified candidates
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting required
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, grasp, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift

Assembler Responsibilities

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the electronic and mechanical assembly of manufactured products while maintaining quality standards and production goals. Duties may include:

Work Environment

Work is performed in a manufacturing facility. Employees may be exposed to moving equipment, noise, dust, drafts, fumes, and airborne particles. Candidates must have sufficient vision and hearing to safely perform the essential functions of the position and communicate effectively in the workplace.
