Job summary

Rittal LLC in Urbana, OH is hiring for an Assembler – 2nd Shift to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble components and products per work instructions, use hand and power tools, and perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and read diagrams in English. We offer competitive pay with a $1 shift differential for 2nd shift, low-cost benefits start after you begin, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow work instructions in English.
• Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products per work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure parts meet standards.
• Package finished products for shipment or further processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 6-S and safety standards.
• Communicate with teammates and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow.
• Participate in continuous improvement and team meetings.
