Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking an Assembler 1 for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:30 pm – 2:00 am) to assemble components per blueprints, verify quantities, and perform quality checks.

You will use hand and power tools, maintain 5S standards, and help train new associates while handling material up to 50 lbs. Full‑time position with starting pay of $17.75/hr plus $1.00/hr shift differential.

Qualifications

• Experience with staple guns, drills, etc preferred.
• Must be able to bend and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per blueprints or schematics.
• Verify quantities, quality check items, and manage parts inventory.
• Use hand and power tools to produce products and maintain 5S standards.
• Train new associates and work with co-workers to maintain efficiency.
