Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Assembly 1 on 2nd shift to assemble components per blueprints, verify part quantities, and maintain parts inventory. The role uses hand and power tools and requires lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

The position offers a 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:30 pm–2:00 am) with base pay of $17.75/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential, along with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with staple guns, drills, etc preferred.
• Must be able to bend, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components following blueprints or schematics.
• Verify correct quantities and quality of parts.
• Manage parts inventory and use hand/power tools.
• Train new associates.
• Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
