• Experience with continuous improvement processes (RCA, 5S, SMED, CAPD, Centerlines).
• Collaboration with all levels of employees.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Data comprehension and evaluation concerning process improvements, shrink reduction, budgetary shortfall/surplus, etc.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead strategic objectives for the area.
• Coach front-line teams to deliver SDP execution and loss elimination.
• Develop and execute loss analyses, glidepaths, and 90-day improvement plans.
• Maintain CAPD boards and drive CAPD improvement cycles.
• Own budget and drive year-over-year area improvement.
• Ensure right skill levels and crewing across the area.
