Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of product manufacturing and ensure production schedules are met.
• Enforce GMPs, sanitation and quality requirements to protect food safety and employee safety.
• Develop training programs on safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Lead plant and corporate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to address inquiries and investigate complaints.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory inspectors and ensure compliance.
