Job summary

Hi-Tek Manufacturing Inc in Mason, OH is seeking a Quality Inspector for the Airflow line on the 2nd shift. The role focuses on ensuring airflow components meet strict quality standards using precision measurement tools and inspection procedures.

Training to become a certified inspector is available for the right candidate. Responsibilities include loading parts, conducting airflow and related tests, documenting results, and assisting as a CMM Technician when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three+ years of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) production operation experience preferred.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment; aerospace industry preferred.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications; GD&T knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts for airflow testing and other testing as required.
• Verify conformance of finished workpieces to customer specifications using precision measuring tools and airflow equipment.
• Document airflow tests and log results in Excel.
• Prepare parts using foil tape and sealing wax; interpret tolerances to complete inspections.
