West Star Aviation in Chattanooga, TN is seeking Aircraft Maintenance Technicians for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3pm-1am). Perform mechanical tasks, troubleshooting and inspections on civilian aircraft, with a 10-15% shift premium, paid lunch and weekly pay.

On-site in Chattanooga, duties include removing/installing panels, engine work and system troubleshooting, with opportunities for formal airframe training and advancement. FAA compliance and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Airframe or Powerplant license required; Airframe license preferred.
• 0-2 years of aviation maintenance experience for AMT I.
• 2-4 years of experience for AMT II; corporate aircraft experience preferred.
• 4-6+ years for AMT III; broader maintenance knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Remove and install panels and components.
• Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Operate ground support equipment and assist in inspections.
