Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking technicians to perform overhaul, rework, repair and related operations on aircraft components. You will follow manuals, inspect parts, and manage materials and documentation to ensure quality and traceability.

You will work 2nd shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM) with training on 1st shift for ~3 months, and join a team focused on precision machining and adherence to EHS directions.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED plus 6+ years relevant experience.
• Ability to work 2nd shift: 3:30 AM – 12:00 AM.
• Machining aircraft parts experience preferred.
• Able to read and follow service manuals, drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform overhaul, rework, repair and related operations per manuals, drawings and instructions.
• Disassemble, rework, repair, inspect, machine and finish components per procedures.
• Ensure documentation, tools, gauges and fixtures are quality compliant and traceable.
• Manage material handling: unload, receive, store, disburse and ship parts and materials.
