Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Santa Isabel, PR is seeking a Project Technician III to support manufacturing process development, validation, and continuous improvement. This onsite role requires coordinating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

The position favors candidates with a strong background in test processes, data analysis, and problem-solving, and requires a 2nd shift schedule (2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.). U.S.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• English and Spanish proficiency (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship required for access to information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and optimize manufacturing test processes to meet specs and customer requirements.
• Analyze product drawings and requirements to ensure manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality to implement corrective actions.
• Develop mistake-proofing solutions to improve accuracy and prevent defects.
• Support early detection of failures by analyzing results and identifying issues before they affect production.
