Job summary

RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is seeking 2nd Shift Aerosol Line Operators to operate filling lines and support production with a shift differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include locating materials, setting up equipment, and ensuring accurate counts and efficient fill rates while maintaining a clean work area. Previous aerosol line experience is not required, but preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required (entry level role).
• Fill-off experience is preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
• Basic mechanical and machine repair skills.
• Prior Aerosol Line Attendant knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper product and filling items for aerosol containers per batch tickets.
• Set up filling line equipment and perform changeovers for new batch orders.
• Review finished orders for correct counts and fill rates.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
