Summary : Seeking Quality Technicians to support quality engineering activities, conduct gap analysis on control plans, and ensure product quality through inspections and statistical analysis.
Requirements :
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Administrative and record-keeping skills
Ability to multitask
Knowledge of SAP
Basic understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949
Experience with SIP / IRS, Keyence, OGP, CMM, Micro Vu
Familiarity with Gage R&R, Control Plan, Process Capability, Print Ballooning
Understanding of GD&T
Responsibilities :
Provide technical support for all processes within the company
Conduct gap analysis on existing control plans across multiple departments and present findings to Quality Manager
Develop and revise control plans as needed; enter them into the ERP system
Determine proper sampling plans based on specifications and requirements
Develop measurement and calibration strategies; input inspection methods improvements
Inspect components, subassemblies, and finished products visually and dimensionally
Assist in process-related quality issue investigations; write Non-Conforming Reports when necessary
Quarantine rejected products following company procedures
Use statistical analysis to determine valid inspection plans / frequency for improvements
Maintain accurate records including inspection reports and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop or improve standard work for customer / supplier inspections
Coordinate with manufacturing / engineering teams to resolve quality issues
Interface with customers on stamped product quality issues; champion 8D problem-solving teams
Perform trend analysis on recurring issues; issue internal corrective actions as required
Assist in QC inspectors' training regarding CMM, Keyence, OGP Smart scope use / application
Record inspection results; report discrepancies to Quality Assurance Manager
Assist QA Manager with updating / printing work instructions databases; calibrate inspection tools
Pay Details : $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
