Goodyear - Automotive Technician

Location: 462 State Rd North Dartmouth, MA 02747-4308

Shift Options: 2nd Shift: 3PM-2AM, 3rd Shift: 9PM-7AM

About the Role

As an Automotive Technician at Goodyear, you will service delivery vans for scheduled preventative maintenance, perform various line technician services such as oil changes, tire services, inspections, diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges, and tire installation. You will also receive training to perform advanced repairs and state inspections, with initial training possibly in a retail environment before working on client sites.

Basic Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • ASE Certification(s)
  • Experience diagnosing vehicles, performing road tests, electrical work, air conditioning, and fuel ignition repairs
