About the student

• Student is a 2ndgrader attending Hayden Meadows Elementary School. She needs to work with atutor for ELA (reading, writing, spelling) and Math. She is currentlystruggling and is behind in reading, writing, spelling and math. She is awareand very self-conscious that she is not reading on par with her peers. Dadwants her to work with a tutor for some extra one-on-one support. She needs atutor who can not only help her get caught back up to grade level but also helpbuild her confidence.
  
• The goals forthe student are to improve her foundational skills when it comes to her readingand math, with a special focus on comprehension and fluency.
  
• The family want 1 hour sessions once a week on Wednesdays between 4pm-6pm.
  
• Family wants to meet the tutor in-person at their home in Hayden not far from McIntire Family Park.

Requirements

REQUIRED

• You have experience teaching/tutoring.
• You are willing to travel within your preferred local radius to meet the student (typically 5-10 miles).
• Due to insurance requirements, applicant must not be a minor.
  
• You are available for 1 hour sessions once a week on Wednesdays between 4pm-6pm.

PREFERRED

• You have a teaching certification.
