Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a competitive college or university; GPA must meet minimum requirements for NJ DOE certification.
- Demonstrated mastery of content knowledge and ability to drive student growth.
- Experience in urban No Excuses settings strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare rigorous instruction and well-planned lessons aligned to the year-long plan.
- Track and analyze student data to inform instruction and goals.
- Foster a positive classroom environment and enforce school rules and expectations.
- Engage families and participate in professional development and school initiatives.
