Job summary

Country Club of Naples is seeking a 2nd Assistant Superintendent to join our golf maintenance team in Naples, FL. You will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure premier turf quality and course readiness, while coordinating with the team on a day-to-day basis.

The role requires a proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to take on special projects within a fast-paced golf course environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in turf management or a related field.
• Pesticide applicator license (must obtain within 3 months if not already obtained).

2nd Assistant Superintendent Country Club of Naples

In this position, you will work closely with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent to ensure that the turf is maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include managing chemical and fertilizer applications, assisting with crew management, overseeing weekend operations, and leading special projects. You will need to have a strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with the team. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
