Newell Brands is seeking a Yankee Candle – Retail 2nd Assistant Manager in Myrtle Beach, SC to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and profitable sales growth. The role focuses on team leadership, store operations, and delivering on brand standards.

You will contribute to onboarding, coaching, and maintaining a safe, engaging store environment while driving KPI performance and loyalty program engagement. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Formación

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven retail management experience (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
